With over 10 years of experience in truck and heavy equipment repair, we now offer our mobile lube services. Use our availability to your advantage and don’t disrupt your fleet operations. Let us come to you and handle any small repair and lube services. Trucks, RV’s, farm equipment, and medium duty trucks services available.

BY SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT, YOU AUTHORIZE THE TECHNICIAN FROM MCF TO ENTER THE PRIVATE PROPERTY FOR THE PURPOSES OF PERFORMING AUTOMOTIVE MAINTENANCE. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO ARRANGE ANY ADDITIONAL PERMISSIONS REQUIRED, SUCH AS FROM AN OFFICE FACILITY, LANDLORD, OR SECURITY STAFF.

MCF WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS OF THE VEHICLE THAT MAY AFFECT THE SERVICE

OUTCOME. MCF ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE THAT IS NOT DIRECTLY CAUSED BY OUR SERVICE ACTIONS. ANY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED TO THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN IMMEDIATELY OR TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHIN 24HRS OF THE SERVICE. MCF RETAINS THE FIRST RIGHT OF REVIEW FOR ANY PURPORTED ISSUE POTENTIALLY ARISING FROM A SERVICE APPOINTMENT. IN THE EVENT THAT A CUSTOMER HAS A THIRD PARTY ADDRESS ANY PURPORTED ISSUE, ANY LIABILITY MCF MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE HAD IS WAIVED BY THE CUSTOMER WHEN A THIRD PARTY PERFORMS ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE VEHICLE. CANCELLATION OF A BOOKED SERVICE APPOINTMENT MUST BE RECEIVED NO LESS THAN 24HRS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. ALL SALES/SERVICES ARE FINAL WHEN PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE AND OUR TECHNICIAN DEPARTS FROM THE VEHICLE LOCATION. IF THE TECHNICIAN IS UNABLE TO ACCESS THE VEHICLE, THE APPOINTMENT PRICE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.NO REFUNDS AFTER SERVICE IS COMPLETED. PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE INVOICE. A LATE FEE OF $20 APPLIES IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE BY THE DUE DATE.

WHEN MAKING YOUR PAYMENT, PLEASE REFERENCE THE INVOICE NUMBER. DISCREPANCIES SHOULD BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PAYMENT METHODS INCLUDE ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS, CASH, ZELLE.
